河南省建筑业劳动力现状调查及变动趋势分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Trend of Labor Force in Construction Industry in Henan Province

基于河南省建筑工地现场劳动力调查数据,对河南省建筑业劳动力的现状进行了多方位的分析,发现河南省建筑业劳动力已经开始呈现供应不足和一定程度的老龄化问题,现有劳动力还存在素质不高,技术能力不强问题,且劳动力对建筑业的就业意愿较低。据此,建议河南省应该改善建筑业生产生活环境,提高建筑业工薪水平,吸纳年轻劳动力,加强建筑工人培训,关注建筑工地高龄工作人员,促进建筑业转型升级。

Based on Henan Province construction site labor field survey data, current situation of construction industry in Henan Province labor were multi-faceted analysis, found the labor of the construction industry in Henan Province has begun to appear in short supply and the degree of aging, existing labor quality is poor, the technical skills are not strong and working population of the construction industry employment intention is low. Accordingly, it is suggested that Henan province should improve production and living environment, improve the construction industry wage level to absorb the young labor force, strengthen the training of construction workers, construction sites focus on the work of the elderly population, and promote the transformation and upgrading construction.
