为加强工程建设项目中施工合同管理和索赔管理,使承包商能更好地保护和实现自身正当权益,本文以FIDIC《施工合同条件》为分析研究对象,整理归纳了承包商索赔过程中应遵循的索赔程序,探讨了承包商索赔所存在的风险以及可采取的对策措施,为承包商更好地掌握、理解和运用FIDIC《施工合同条件》中的索赔条款和增强索赔意识提供借鉴。

In order to strengthen construction contract management and claims management in the construction project, make the contractor protect and achieve their legitimate rights and interests better, this paper taking the FIDIC Contract Conditions as the analysis and research objects, summed up claims process the contractor should follow, discussed the the risks and measures in contractor claims, so as to provide references for the contractor to better grasp, understand and apply the claim clauses of the FIDIC Contract Conditions FIDIC and enhance the sense of claims.
