摘要 智能电网的建设具有很大的低碳效益,对电力行业的碳减排工作具有至关重要的意义。首先,明确智能电网低碳效益的内涵,并剖析智能电网与低碳效益之间的内在联系;其次,从定性的角度,确定评价指标体系的建立原则,从发电侧、输配电侧和用电侧构建智能电网低碳效益评价指标体系,并建立相应的评价方法;最后,从定量的角度,深入剖析智能电网的低碳效益的潜力。希望为我国智能电网的低碳化建设提供参考,促进我国低碳经济的发展。 The construction of smart grid has great low carbon benefit, which is of great significance to the carbon emission reduction in power industry. Firstly, the connotation of smart grid low carbon benefit is made clear, and the intrinsic link between smart grid and low carbon benefit is analyzed. Secondly, from the angle of qualitative analysis, the low carbon benefit evaluation indexes system of smart grid is constructed from three aspects of the generation side, transportation and distribution side as well as the power users' side based on the determined establishment principles and the corresponding evaluation method are established. Finally, from the angle of quantitative analysis, in-depth analysis of the potential of smart grid low carbon benefit is carried out. This paper hopes to provide a reference for China's low carbon development of smart grid construction, and promote the development of China's low carbon economy.
