高职校园文化与企业文化融合的价值与实施路径

Value and Implementation of the Integration of Higher Vocational Campus Culture and Corporate Culture

文化是人类发展的潜在隐形力量,是组织发展的重要组成部分。职业校企文化的融合是职业教育发展的本质要求,是高职校企合作纵深发展的必然选择。本文在分析当前高职校企文化融合的价值与根基的基础上,提出了引企入校,营造校企物质文化融合的氛围;引入管理理论,促进校企制度文化融合;植入企业精神,培育校园精神文化的文化融合实施路径。

Culture is the potential invisible force of human development, is an important part of organizational development. The integration of campus culture and corporate culture is the essential requirement of the development of vocational education, is the inevitable choice of the deep development of school corporate cooperation in higher vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of the values and foundation of college enterprise culture fusion, this paper puts forward leading enterprises into the school to create an atmosphere of material and cultural integration of school and enterprise, introducing management theory to promote the integration of school enterprise system culture, implanting enterprise spirit to cultivate the implementation path of campus spirit and cultural integration.
