摘要
桥梁加固是提高在役桥梁使用寿命的主要手段,也是促进桥梁建设可持续发展的重要环节,如何合理选择经济可靠的加固方案是桥梁加固工程的一个重要内容。根据多目标决策问题的思想,提出基于赋权关联度法进行方案优选,首先根据加固要求建立综合评价指标体系,然后采用熵值法计算各指标权重、赋权关联度法计算各备选方案的关联度,优选过程客观、合理,最后应用该方法对实例进行分析,阐述其具体运用过程,验证了其实用性和合理性,为桥梁加固方案优选提供一种行之有效的新方法,为方案决策者提供科学合理的决策依据。
Bridge reinforcement is the main means of improving the service life of existing bridges. It is also important topromote the sustainable development of bridge construction. How to choose economic and reliable reinforcement schemescientifically is still an important element in bridge reinforcement engineering. According to the goal of multi-objective decisionmaking, empowerment relational degree method was proposed for scheme optimization. Firstly, a comprehensive indexsystem was established according to the reinforce calls. Then the entropy method was used to calculate weight of indexand use empowerment relational degree method to calculate relatioal degree of alternative scheme. The optimization processwas made more objective and reasonable. Finally, the application process of this multi-objective decision-making methodwas demonstrated through an example, and its feasibility and practicability were verified. It provides an effective way tobridge reinforcement scheme optimization and provides decision maker with a scientific basis.
