摘要 在小件货物运输需求迅猛增长的背景下,提出利用旅客列车行李车的剩余运能开展小件货物快捷运输的设想。基于铁路旅客列车开行密集、停靠站点覆盖面广的优势,建立了多维0-1背包模型,解决小件货物多批次、少批量的快捷运输需求;以"先开先装"为原则,设计贪婪策略和算法,充分利用旅客列车站停时间和行李车剩余运能;并以兰州站当日发往陇海线方向的全部旅客列车为基础数据设计算例,研究结果表明:利用行李车剩余运能开展小件货物快捷运输的设想具备可行性、必要性和现实意义。 Under the setting of sharp development of package quantity, the utilization of remaining capacity ofbaggage car in express transport was proposed. Based on the superiorities of railway passenger trains, such assmall operation time interval and wide coverage in territory, a kind of multidimensional 0-1 knapsack model wasestablished so as to solve the requirements of bulk cargo that are of multi-batches and limited quantities. Also,the greedy algorithm was designed based on the ^ First Departure First Loading5 principle in order to more effectivelyuse the remaining capacity of baggage car and dwell time. Lastly, an example was designed based on thedata of railway passenger trains departing form Lanzhou station along Longhai direction in one day, the outcomeexplains that the utilization of remaining capacity of baggage car in express transport has the feasibility, necessityand realistic significance.
