基层综合医院慢性伤口湿性综合疗法的效果观察

Clinical observation on the effect of comprehensive moist healing therapy for chronic wound at grass-roots level general hospital

目的探讨基层综合医院开展湿性综合疗法治疗慢性伤口的临床效果。方法慢性伤口患者96例按照处理方式不同分为A组(n=24)、B组(n=24)和C组(n=48),A组应用单纯干性疗法,B组应用单纯湿性疗法,C组应用湿性综合疗法,比较3种方法的治疗效果。结果 3组患者慢性伤口愈合情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且C组慢性伤口愈合率显著高于A组和B组(P<0.05)。C组患者伤口愈合时间及治疗费用均显著低于A组和B组(P<0.01)。C组患者护理满意度为93.75%(45/48),高于A组的62.50%(15/24)和B组的66.67%(16/24),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论湿性综合疗法治疗慢性伤口的临床效果明显,可以明显缩短患者伤口愈合时间,减少治疗费用。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive moist healing therapy for chronic wound at grass-roots level general hospital. Methods A total of 96 patients with chronic wound were assigned to the group A( n = 24),group B( n = 24) and group C( n = 48),with dry healing therapy,moist healing therapy and comprehensive moist healing therapy,respectively. Results There was a significant difference in wound healing condition among three groups,with a higher Wound healing rate in group C( P < 0. 05). The group C had a shorter wound healing time and less cost compared those in group A and group B( P < 0. 01). The nursing satisfaction rate was 62. 50% in the group A,66. 70% in the group B and 93. 75% in the group C,with a significant difference( P <0. 05). Conclusion Comprehensive moist healing therapy can effectively shorten the wound healing time and reduce the cost for patients at grass-roots level general hospital.
