摘要
目的探讨肝肿瘤行手术切除患者中开展入院视频宣教的应用效果。方法选取拟接受手术治疗的75例肝肿瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组(n=36)和对照组(n=39)。对照组采用一对一口头宣教的传统宣教模式,实验组开展入院视频宣教干预。记录宣教时间,采用问卷调查患者满意程度及对宣教内容的知晓情况。结果实验组宣教时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组对病室环境知晓度和整体知晓度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论与传统的口头宣教相比,入院视频宣教在不影响患者满意度的同时,可降低护士的工作强度,有助于患者尽快熟悉和适应病房环境。
Objective To evaluate the effect of video-assisted hospitalizing education in liver cancer patients undergoing surgical resection. Methods A total of 7 5 patients who admitted in hospital for the first time and planned to surgical resection were randomly divided into the study group (n - 36 ) and the control group (= 39 ) . The control group received oral hospitalizing education while the study group was given video-assisted hospitalizing education. The education time, the degree of satisfaction, and awareness of health education contents were investigated by questionnaires. Results T h e mean education time was significantly shorter in the study group than that in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05) , however there was no significant difference in degree of satisfaction between the two groups (P 〉 0. 05 ) . The study group achieved a higher awareness of ward environment and overall score of educational awareness compared with the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01) . Conclusion In compare with traditionally oral education, video-assisted education can decreased the workload of nurses and help the patients to familiarize the intra-hospital environment.
