耳穴贴压联合艾灸穴位治疗改善老年人功能性便秘的护理体会

Nursing experience of auricular plaster therapy combined with moxibustion in elderly patients with functional constipation

目的探讨耳穴贴压联合艾灸穴位治疗改善老年人功能性便秘的临床效果,并总结护理体会。方法 120例功能性便秘住院老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例,2组均采用便秘的常规护理方法,观察组在此基础上加用耳穴贴压联合艾灸穴位护理。比较2组护理前后便秘症状评分和直肠压力相关指标。结果观察组护理后便秘症状评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组护理后初次排便感觉阈值和肠肛门抑制反射阈值显著优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论耳穴贴压联合艾灸穴位护理能够有效改善老年患者功能性便秘症状,利于其康复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of auricular plaster therapy combined with moxibustion in elderly patients with functional constipation. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group. All the patients were given routine nursing care,and the experiment group was given auricular plaster therapy combined with moxibustion. The constipation symptom scores and anorectal manometry indexes were compared between two groups. Results The constipation symptom scores of the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment( P < 0. 05). The perception threshold initial defecation and rectal anal inhibitory reflex threshold were better improved in the study group than that of the control group after treatment( P < 0. 05 or P <0. 01). Conclusion Auricular plaster therapy combined with moxibustion can improve clinical symptoms of functional constipation in treatment of elderly functional constipation.
