穴位贴敷联合八段锦对COPD患者呼吸功能和生活能力的影响

Influence of acupoint application combined with the Buaduanjin exercise on respiratory function and activity of daily living in COPD patients

目的探讨穴位贴敷联合健身气功八段锦对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者呼吸功能及生活能力的影响。方法60例COPD患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上予以穴位贴敷联合八段锦辅助治疗。比较2组呼吸功能、生活能力及6 min步行能力(6MWD)变化。结果干预后,除动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)外,2组动脉血氧分压(PaCO_2)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分和6MWD均显著高于干预前(P<0.05或P<0.01),呼吸频率均显著低于干预前(P<0.05),观察组Pa O_2、ADL评分和6MWD显著高于对照组(P<0.05),呼吸频率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合健身气功八段锦能够有效改善肺功能,提升COPD患者生活能力。

Objective To investigate the influence of acupoint application combined with the Buaduanjin exercise on respiratory function and activity of daily living in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） patients. Methods A total of 60 COPD patients were randomly divided into the ob-servation group （= 30 ） and the control group （= 30 ） . Both two groups were given routine treat-ment and nursing care, and the observation group was applied with acupoint application combined with the Buaduanjin exercise additionally. Changes in respiratory function, activity of daily living and as-sessment of 6-minute walking distance （6MWD） were compared between two groups after intervention. Results The Pa02, ADL score and 6MWD were increased and the respiratory rate was decreased in both of two groups after intervention （P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01） . The observation group had higher Pa0 2 , ADL score and 6MWD, as well as lower respiratory rate, compared with the control group after inter-vention （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion The acupoint application combined with Buaduanjin exercise can mprove the respiratory function and quality of life in COPD patients.
