摘要
基于Fluent软件,运用动网格技术及用户自定义接口编程,建立串联立管流固耦合模型,在考虑尾流干涉效应的前提下,分析减振器对串联立管涡激振动的抑制规律,并通过设计实验验证研究结果准确性。结果表明:减振器的存在改变了立管漩涡泄放频率,减振器尾角越小,漩涡泄放频率越小;当减振器尾角小于60°时,减振器对上下游立管的横向受力均有一定的抑制效果,当尾角大于60°时,减振器的涡激振动抑制效果不明显。
The fluid structure interaction model of tandem risers w,as established using dynaniic mesh technology and user-definedfunction through software Fluent. Under the premise of considering drafting interference effect, the suppression of vortex-inducedvibration of tandem risers wdth fairing w-as analyzed. A n d the accuracy of the results of the study w-as validated by the designed experiments.The results indicate that the presence of fairing changes the vortex shedding frequency of tandem risers and the vortexshedding frequency decreases as the decrease of caudal horn. Fairing can suppress vortex-induced vibration of the tandem risersw-hen the caudal horn is smaller than 60°. How-ever, w-hen it exceeds 60°, the suppression effect is not significant.
