The high frequency（HF）communication is one of important methods for the military communications,and plays an important role in military communications system.This paper describes the feature and protocol architecture of HF channel at first,and then puts great emphasis on the anlysis of key technologies of 3G-HF communication.Finally an instance combined with the communication method will be verified.
