摘要
复合材料工艺实习一般在工厂车间进行,环境嘈杂,工艺设备结构及功能的讲解困难。针对这些问题,应用Authorware软件、SketchUp软件和Cult3D软件开发了复合材料工艺辅助实习系统。实现了三维虚拟设备交互演示,整合了工艺图片、工艺视频和问题测试等模块,可用于辅助复合材料工艺实习,提高实习效果。
Composite material process internship is usually carried out in a workshop of factory.But due to noise environment,the explanation about the structure and function of process equipment is difficult.Aiming at these problems,we use Authorware,SketchUp and Cult3 Dto develop an assistant system for composite material process internship.The system includes process picture,process video,test and 3Dinteractive display of equipment.The system can be used to assist composite material process internship and improve the efficiency of field study.
