硫酸铜和水杨酸对水培红掌及水培液中绿藻的影响

摘要 以红掌为试验材,水培生根后在营养液中添加不同浓度的硫酸铜及水杨酸(S A ),分别测定硫酸铜和S A 对水培液中叶绿素浓度、红掌叶片数、须根数、红掌叶片的叶绿素含量、抗坏血酸含量、丙二醛( M D A )含量的影响。结果表明:? 15 m g*L -1的硫酸铜及100?300 m g*L -1的S A 处理显著降低了水培液中的叶绿素浓度;5 m g* L -1的硫酸铜处理增加了红掌的须根数,降低了抗坏血酸含量及M D A含量;100 m g* L -1的S A 处理增加了抗坏血酸含量,降低了 M D A含量。说明水培红掌可添加适量硫酸铜或S A A n t h u r iu m an d r a e n u m plants arc used as m a te ria ls , and different concentrations of copper sulfate and salicylic acid (S A ) arc added to nutrient solution after rootingin w ater culture. T h c effects of copper sulfate and S A separately on chlorophyll concentrationin the hydroponic so lu tio n , leaf number of A n t h u r iu m a n d r a e n u m , fibrous root n u m b e r,chlorophyll content, ascorbic acid and malondialdehyde(M D A ) content are exam ined. T h e resultsshow that the treatments of 5 -1 5 m g * L 1 copper sulfate and 1 0 0 -300 m g · L 1 S A decreasedthe concentration of chlorophyll tn solution rem arka b ly . T h e treatment of 5 mg ? L 1copper sulfate could increase the number of fibrous root and decrease the content of ascorbicacid and M D A ; T h e treatment of 100 m g * L 1 S A could increase the content of ascorbic a c id ,but decrease M D A content. T h ese show that adding proper amount of copper sulfate or S Acould control green a l g a , while im proving the ornamental value of A n t h u r iu m a n d r a e n u m .
