摘要
现阶段,随着医疗体系改革的深入实施,医院管理内容趋于增多,医院管理的难度有所提高。医院绩效管理是医院管理的重要一环,借助于医院绩效管理的实施,医院的医疗服务质量水平能够得到有效提升。该文立足医疗改革背景,从医院绩效改革的宏观及微观背景入手,阐述医院绩效管理的概念及特征,对医院绩效管理体系的构建方法及医院绩效考核体系设计流程进行分析,以期为医院绩效管理人员提供一定的参考借鉴。
At the present stage, with the deep implementation of medical system reform, the hospital management content becomes more and more, and the hospital management difficulty is improved, the hospital performance management is an important link of hospital management, and the hospital medical service quality level is effectively improved by the imple-mentation of hospital performance management. The paper elaborates the concept and characteristic of hospital performance management and analyzes the construction method of hospital performance management system and design process of hospi-tal performance examination system in the background of macro and micro hospital performance reform and medical reform in order to provide a certain reference for the hospital performance management staff.
