厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗社区高血压的疗效与依从性研究

Research on Curative Effect and Compliance of Irbesartan and Amlodipine in Treatment of Community Hypertension

目的研究社区高血压患者应用厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗的效果和依从性。方法选取2015年1—12月期间,向阳镇卫生院接受治疗和管理的高血压患者110例,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组55例。观察组予以厄贝沙坦和氨氯地平口服治疗,而对照组单纯予以厄贝沙坦口服治疗,对比2组治疗12周后的效果与依从性。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.55%,显著高于对照组的83.64%(P<0.05);治疗后2组的24 h SBP、24 h DBP、d SBP、d DBP、n SBP及n DBP水平均明显降低,而观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗第8、12周,观察组的依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦与氨氯地平联合治疗社区高血压疗效确切,能够提高降压效果、降低血压波动幅度并提高患者的治疗依从性,值得推广应用。

Objective To research the curative effect and compliance of irbesartan and amlodipine in treatment of commu-nity hypertension. Methods 110 cases of patients with hypertension receiving treatment and management in the Xiangyang health center from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each, the observation group took irbesartan and amlodipine orally, while the control group simply took irbesartan orally, and the effect in 12 weeks after treatment and compliance of the two groups were compared. Results The total treatment effec-tive rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, （94.55% vs 83.64%）, （P〈0.05）, the 24hSBP, 24h DBP, dSBP, dDBP, nSBP and nDBP levels of the two groups obviously decreased after treatment, but the 24hSBP, 24h DBP, dSBP, dDBP, nSBP and nDBP in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group, （P〈0.05）, and the compliance in the observation group at 8-week and 12-week after treatment were obviously high-er than that in the control group, （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of irbesartan and amlodipine in treatment of community hypertension is definite, which can improve the antihypertensive effect, reduce the fluctuation range of blood pressure and improve the treatment compliance of patients, and it is worth promotion and application.
