Effect of Dynamic Electrocardiogram in the Management of Patients with Atrial Fibrillation

目的分析动态心电图在房颤患者管理中的应用效果。方法回顾、分析该院收治患者的临床资料,对其实施动态心电图检测。结果通过对1200例患者行动态心电图检测得知,房颤患者180例,占比15.0%。其中,阵发性房颤40例,占总数的3.3%,占房颤患者的22.2%。70岁以上者房颤检出率高于70岁以下者,P<0.05,统计有区别。结论临床实施动态心电图检测可明确诊断房颤、阵发性房颤,对于提高疾病诊断来说,意义重大。

Objective To analyze the application effect of dynamic electrocardiogram in the management of patients with a-trial fibrillation. Methods The clinical data of patients admitted and treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were detected by dynamic electrocardiogram. Results The dynamic electrocardiogram detection of 1200 cases of patients showed that there were 180 cases of patients with atrial fibrillation, accounting for 15.0%, among them, there were 40 cases with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, accounting for 3.3% in total and 22.2% in patients with atrial fibril-lation, and the detection rate of patients with atrial fibrillation whose age was more than 70 was higher than that of patients whose age was less than 70, and there was a difference by statistics, P〈0.05. Conclusion The implementation of dynamic electrocardiogram detection in clinic can definitely diagnose atrial fibrillation and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, and it is of great significance to improve the disease diagnosis.
