摘要
目的评价在门诊患者的输液过程中施行系统化护理管理对满意度的影响。方法选择2015年2月—2016年2月进入该院门诊接受输液的125例患者,按随机分组法将其分成研究、对照两组,研究组63例施予系统化的护理管理服务,对照组62例施予一般化的相关护理服务,经探究护理情况,对比两组满意度及不良反应病例占比率等情况,评估系统护理管理的运用成效。结果研究组的不良反应情况、一次性穿刺情况、输液完后药液遗留量、满意度评分情况等都优越于对照组,差异有统计学方面的意义(P<0.05)。结论在门诊输液室中实行系统化的护理管理模式,可提升输液操作质量,减少不良反应出现几率,提高患者对输液护理的满意程度,值得进一步推广及运用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the implementation of systematical nursing management on satisfactory de-gree of outpatients in the infusion process. Methods 125 cases of patients receiving infusion in clinic of our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the research group (63 cases) imple-mented systematical nursing management service, the control group ( 62 cases) implemented general relevant nursing ser-vice, and the satisfactory degree and ratio of adverse reaction cases after the study of nursing were compared between the two groups, and the application efficacy of the systematical nursing management was evaluated. Results The adverse reac-tion, one-time puncturing, liquor leftover amount after infusion and satisfactory degree score in the research group were bet-ter than those in the control group, and the differences were obvious with statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion The implementation of systematical nursing management model in outpatient infusion room can improve the infusion operation quality, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve the satisfactory degree of patients to infusion and nursing, which is worth further promotion and application.
