摘要
探讨通过影像数据库构筑的加涅学习模式在超声影像学临床教学中应用的可行性及优势。方法两组影像学实习学生,对照组进行传统传递-接受式教学,实验组进行通过影像数据库构筑的加涅学习模式教学,然后对出入科室考核成绩、学生满意评价、教学质量评价等进行对比。结果实验组专业基础知识、临床超声诊断能力、临床综合素质成绩提高明显,学生对教学方法评价及教学质量评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过影像数据库构筑的加涅学习模式是一个教学质量高、学生接受度高、符合现代医学要求的教学模式,值得在超声临床教学中推广。
Objective To study the application feasibility and advantages of Gagne's learning model constructed by image database in the clinical teaching of ultrasonography. Methods The imaging interns were divided into two groups, the control group adopted traditional transmission-receipt teaching, the experimental group adopted Gagne's learning model teaching constructed by image database, and then the entrance-exit examination scores, satisfactory assessment of students and teaching quality assessment were compared. Results The improvement of basic professional knowledge, clinical ultrasound diagnostic ability and clinical comprehensive quality achievement was obvious, and the students’ evaluation of teaching method and teaching quality score were obviously better than those in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Gagne's learning model constructed by image database is a teaching mode that meets the modern medicine requirements with high teaching quality and high students’ acceptance, which is worth promotion in clinical ultrasound teaching.
