系统流程管理在门诊输液风险防范中的应用价值探讨

Study on Application Value of System Process Management in the Prevention Work of Outpatient Infusion Risk

目的评定门诊输液风险防范工作中落实系统流程管理措施的可行性,期待进一步提升风险防范质量。方法随机筛选出2011年1月—2014年3月间进入城阳区惜福镇街道卫生院门诊接受输液治疗的患者共1 388例,观察其输液风险以及输液不良事件发生情况,并于2014年4月—2016年3月期间落实系统流程管理措施,再选取输液患者共1 390例展开对照,观察2组输液不良事件发生几率。结果落实系统流程管理措施后,该院门诊输液不良事件已从5起(0.36%)降至1起(0.07%),且入选对象对于护理人员的工作满意度从69.88%升至95.97%(P<0.05)。结论在门诊输液风险防范工作中,落实系统流程管理措施效果显著,有助于规避输液风险,在门诊中有继续推广的价值。

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of the implementation of system process management measures in the pre-vention work of outpatient infusion risk in order to further improve the risk prevention quality. Methods 1 388 cases of pa-tients receiving infusion treatment in urban health center of Xifu Town in Chengyang District from January 2011 to March 2014 were randomly screened, and the infusion risk and occurrence of infusion adverse events were observed, the system process management measures from April 2014 to March 2016 were implemented, and 1 390 cases of infusion patients were selected for comparison, and the incidence rate of adverse events of the two groups was observed. Results After implementa-tion, the adverse event of outpatient infusion in our hospital decreased from 5 （0.36%） to 1 （0.07%）, and the satisfactory de-gree of the selected object to nursing staff increased from 69.88% to 95.97% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of the imple-mentation of system process management measures in the prevention work of outpatient infusion risk contributes to avoiding infusion risks, which is worth continuous promotion in outpatients.
