摘要
目的研究对急性肾小球肾炎患儿采用整体护理干预的临床效果。方法选取该院近年收治的100例急性肾小球肾炎患儿,随机分为两组,分别采用常规护理模式与整体护理模式,对比两组患儿病情控制情况以及对护理的满意度。结果采用整体护理的观察组患者,疾病明显改善时间以及住院时间均更短。满意度方面,对照组总满意率为84%,观察组为96%,组间差异有统计学意义。结论整体护理可显著改善小儿急性肾小球肾炎疾病控制状态,提升患儿及家属满意度,具有推广价值。
Objective To research the clinical effect of whole nursing intervention for acute glomerulonephritis in children. Methods 100 cases of children with acute glomerulonephritis admitted and treated in our hospital were selected and ran-domly divided into two groups, and respectively adopted conventional nursing model and whole nursing model, and the dis-ease condition and nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups were compared. Results The disease improvement time and length of stay in the observation group were obviously shorter, and the difference in the total satisfactory rate between the control group and the observation group was obvious （84% vs 96%）. Conclusion Whole nursing can obviously improve the control state of acute glomerulonephritis in children and improve the satisfactory degree of children and family, which is worth promotion.
