Practice and Exploration of Vocational Education Mode of Dual System in Industrial Park

"双元制"职业人才培养模式是德国制造业领先世界的秘密武器。2015年,阳江职业技术学院在珠海援建阳江指挥部和德国舍弗勒培训中心专家的指导下,在阳江万象产业园建设了国内领先的"双元制"跨企业培训中心,实行企业化管理,按照"双元制"切削机械工、工业机械工培训标准开展教学培训。文章探索如何在国内现有政策与环境下,通过管理体制改革、运行机制创新来实践"双元制"人才培养模式。

Vocational training mode of Dual system is the secret weapon that Germany leads the world in manufacturing,in 2015,Yangjiang Polytechnic built a leading training center of dual system cross the enterprise in Wanxiang industrial park of Yangjiang,under the guidance of experts of Zhuhai headquarters supporting the construction of Yangjiang and Germany Schaeffler training center. The center carries out the teaching and training in accordance with the dual system in cutting mechanics,industrial mechanic training standards. The paper explores how to practice dual system training mode in domestic existing policies and environment through the reform of management system and innovation of operation mechanism.
