Exploration on Building a Modern Apprenticeship Teaching Quality Guarantee Mechanism from the Perspective of Higher Vocation

高职视角下构建基于现代学徒制下的教学质量保障机制,应在具体实施过程中做好顶层设计,构建教学质量保障机制的总体构架。文章从如何打造适合现代学徒制协同育人的人才培养目标机制、教学组织机制、教学管理制度机制、教学质量反馈机制四个方面入手,探讨了构建现代学徒制教学质量保障机制的具体实施路径。

To build a teaching quality guarantee mechanism based on modern apprenticeship from the perspective of higher vocation,the top- level design and overall framework of teaching quality guarantee mechanism should be done well in the concrete implementation process. The paper discusses the concrete implementation path of constructing modern apprenticeship teaching quality guarantee mechanism from such four parts as building suitable talents training mechanism for modern apprenticeship cooperative education,teaching organization mechanism,teaching management system mechanism and the quality of teaching feedback mechanism.
