介绍了吉林省国有企业改革的现状及成就,分析了吉林省国有企业改革过程中存在的问题及原因,并就相关问题针对性地提出可推动国有企业改革的可行性对策,以加快吉林省国有企业的改革。
The paper introduces the status and achievements of state-owned enterprise reform in Jilin province, analyses the existing problems and reasons during the process of reform, then some measures are put forward.
