人力资本、实物资本与经济增长的实证分析——以山西省为例

Empirical Analysis of Human Capital, Physical Capital and Economic Growth——Taking Shanxi Province as an Example

针对利用人力资本和实物资本因素促进处在转型阶段的山西省经济持续增长的问题,采用计量经济学方法分析了人力资本与实物资本对山西省经济增长的影响,揭示出人力资本可单独影响山西省的经济,同时人力资本与实物资本可共同促进经济增长,但是实物资本不能单独促进山西省经济的发展。研究结论对于山西省经济持续及转型发展具有重要意义,可为政府制定政策提供科学依据。

The paper analyses the effect of human capital and physical capital on economic growth in Shanxi province using econometrics methods. It points out that human capital can separately affect the economy of Shanxi province, human capital and physical capital can jointly promote economic growth, but physical capital can not separately promote economic development. The conclusion can offer scientific basis for the government making economic policy.
