提升高新区区域自主创新能力研究

Research on the Promotion of Regional Independent Innovation Ability in High-tech Zone

本文结合理论和实践主要阐述了高新区区域创新能力建设情况。文章分析了高新区目前区域自主创新能力的现状以及存在的问题,并从技术创新投入、管理能力、文化建设和体系支撑建设几个方面进行阐述,希望对于高新区自主创新能力的提升能有一定的参考价值。

Combining theories and practices, this paper expounds the construction of regional innovation capability in high-tech zone. Based on the analysis of present situation and problems, it proposes some measures for promoting independent innovation ability in high-tech zone from technology innovation investment, management ability, cultural construction and supporting system construction.
