摘要
文章介绍了30 t轴重交流传动货运电力机车冷却塔的设计方案,并详细阐述了为满足30 t轴重交流传动货运电力机车的运用环境及设计参数,冷却塔在参数选择、结构选择、检修维护等方面所做的一系列优化设计,通过ANSYS软件计算进行了冷却塔参数校核,并通过试验及在瓦日铁路上的运用考核验证了冷却塔所能达到的实际效果,指出该冷却塔的设计可以满足30 t轴重交流传动货运电力机车的要求。
The paper introduces the cooling tower design for 30 t axle load AC driven freight electric locomotive and its operation environment and design parameters in detail. Optimization design has been made from parameter selection, structure selection, repair and maintenance. Then it verifies the parameters of cooling tower using ANSYS software, checks the real effect by the test and the operation on the railway, and points out that the cooling tower can meet the requirements of 30 t axle load AC driven freight electric locomotive.
