文章介绍了轨道交通车轮生产的工艺,针对传统的钢坯锯切下料存在加工效率低、加工质量难以保证等问题,在实际生产中引入了车轮锯切自动下料系统,对车轮锯切自动下料系统的工作原理、设备组成进行详细介绍。通过加工对比进一步证明,车轮锯切自动下料系统具有产品质量高、生产效率高、智能化等优点。
The paper introduces the production process of train wheel. The processing efficiency of billet sawing blanking is low, and the quality is hard to be guaranteed. So the automatic cutting system is applied, its work principle and composition are introduced in detail. By comparing, the advantages of high quality, high efficiency and intelligence of automatic cutting system are reflected.
