农村地区支付服务环境建设与农民收入增长关系研究——以陕西省渭南市为例

The Research on the Relationship between the Construction of the Payment Service Environment in Rural Areas and the Growth of Farmers' Income——A Case of Weinan City of Shaanxi Province

近年来,围绕"稳增长促消费"的发展目标,中央下大气力拓宽农民增收渠道,增强农村活力。改善农村地区支付结算环境,促进农村地区支付转型,也是促进农民收入增加,推进新型城镇化建设的需要。本文首先构建了描述农村地区支付服务环境建设情况的4个指数,其次以渭南市为例,通过主成分分析将4个指数"浓缩"成1个综合指数,最后利用时间序列分析论证了农村支付环境建设与农民收入之间的协整关系,将农村支付环境建设对农民收入增长的促进作用进行了量化。

Centered around the development goal of “keeping the steady growth and promoting the consumption” in recent years,the central government has done its endeavor to broaden the channels of increasing farmers＇ income and enhance the vitality of ruralareas. Improving the payment and settlement environment of rural areas and promoting the payment transformation of rural areas is alsothe requirement to increase farmers＇ income and promote the construction of a new urbanization. The paper constructs four indexwhich describe the construction of the payment services environment in rural areas firstly. And then, taking Weinan city as an example,through the principal component analysis, the paper puts four index together to integrate one composite index. Finally, by using timeseries analysis, the paper demonstrates the co-integration relationship between the construction of payment environment of rural areasand farmers ’ income, and also makes a quantification analysis on the promotion ofthe construction of the payment environment of ruralareas to the farmers5 income.
