对当前镇江市企业及个人逃废银行债务的调查与思考——以江苏省某市为例

The Investigations on the Current Status of Enterprises' and Individual Evasion of Repayment of Bank Loans in Zhenjiang City and Some Reflections——A Case of A City of Jiangsu Province

受宏观经济下行压力加大、企业资产负债率上升、局部地区金融生态环境恶化等多因素影响,2014年以来某市企业及个人逃废银行债务的事件屡有发生,严重损害了商业银行等相关方的利益。本文对江苏省某市辖内企业及个人逃废银行债务的情况进行了调查,总结分析了企业及个人逃废银行债务的原因,介绍了银行防范企业逃废债务、加强内部风险管控的主要举措,并就当前企业及个人逃废银行债务事件中值得关注的问题提出了政策建议。

Affected by the increase of the downward pressure of the macro-economy, the rise of the ratio of liabilities to assets ofenterprises, the deterioration of the financial ecological environment of local regions and other factors, events like enterprises5 and individualevasion of repayment of bank loans in one city since 2014 have occurred frequently, seriously inj uring the benefits of stakeholderssuch as commercial banks. The paper investigates enterprises5 and individual evasion of repayment of bank loans in one cityof Jiangsu province, summarizes the causes, introduces the major measures on preventing enterprises’ and individual evasion of repaymentof bank loans and strengthening the internal risk control, and puts forward policy suggestions on issues worthy of attention incurrent events of enterprises ’ and individual evasion of repayment ofbank loans.
