独孤家族是南北朝至隋唐之际一个声名显赫的勋阀大族,然而对于这一家族的家世起源却存在着诸多争议:有"汉皇后裔"说、"胡汉混血"说、"屠各贵种"说等说法。每种说法都或多或少有其阙误之处,但当我们把历史史料和当事人的动机与心态联系起来的时候,则会发现造成这些阙误的深层原因。

Dugu extraction was an illustrious aristocracy during the time of Han and Wei .However, there are mush controversy over the extraction ’ s origin：emperor of Han ’ s descendants , mixed parentage of Hu and Han , the noble descendants of Tu Ge .To some extent , every opinion has its error .When we combine historical materials and motivation of author , the further reasons of the errors maybe can be found out .
