胸腰椎骨折开放复位内固定术患者的围手术期护理

Perioperative nursing of patients taken open reduction and internal fixation of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture

目的：探讨胸腰椎骨折开放复位内固定术的围手术期护理方法。方法：选取2011年7月~2014年7月于我院采取开放复位内固定术的胸腰椎骨折患者78例为研究对象，所有患者均给予围手术期护理，记录患者的护理满意率和并发症发生情况。结果：本组患者手术后护理满意率达98．72％，仅有3例患者出现术后感染，且经治疗和护理后痊愈。结论：积极对采取开放复位内固定术的胸腰椎骨折患者采取术中配合及相应系统的护理干预，能有效改善患者疾病情况，减少不适症的发生。

Objective：To explore the perioperative nursing method of patients taken open reduction and internal fixation of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture. Methods：Took 78 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fracture taken open reduction and internal fixation in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2014 as re-search objects,gave all the patients perioperative nursing,recorded patientsˊnursing satisfaction rate and complication incidence rate. Results：Nursing sat-isfaction rate of patients in this group reached 98. 72% ,and there were only 3 patients having postoperative infection who were all cured after treatment and nursing. Conclusion：Positively taking intraoperative coordination and nursing intervention of corresponding system on thoracolumbar vertebral fracture pa-tients taken open reduction and internal fixation can effectively improve patientsˊ medical condition and reduce the discomfort occurrence.
