小儿肝移植术中精准化的体温管理

Accurate temperature management in pediatric liver transplantation

目的:探讨小儿肝移植术中体温干预的措施。方法:回顾性分析及总结6例小儿肝移植手术患者术中采取一系列精准化的体温干预措施。结果:6例肝移植患者手术全过程体温均在36℃以上,无1例低体温发生。结论:标准化的体温管理可有效防止低体温的发生,有利于肝移植手术的顺利进行。

Objective：To investigate the measures of body temperature intervention in pediatric liver transplantation. Methods：Retrospectively analyzed and summarized the series of accurate temperature intervention measures taken in 6 cases of pediatric liver transplantation surgery patients. Results：Throughout the operation,the temperatures of six liver transplantation patients were all above 36 ℃ without any case of low temperature. Conclusion：Standardized tem-perature management could effectively prevent the occurrence of low body temperature,which was conducive to the smooth operation of liver transplantation.
