右美托咪定在胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术后的应用

Application of Dexmedetomidine after thoracoscopy and laparoscopy with radical surgery for esophageal carcinoma

目的：探讨右美托咪定在胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术后的应用效果。方法：选取2014年12月~2015年12月50例食管癌胸腹腔镜手术患者，随机等分为对照组和试验组，对照组给予舒适护理，试验组给予舒适护理联合右美托咪定静脉持续泵入。结果：试验组患者舒适度及满意度高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组（P ＜0．05）。观察组较对照组术后疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）均降低（P ＜0．05）。结论：右美托咪定可提高胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术后患者舒适度，增加护理服务满意度，减轻术后疼痛程度，降低 ICU 综合征发生率，有效缩短 ICU 住院时间，促进患者早日康复。

Objective：To explore the application effects of Dexmedetomidine after thoracoscopy and laparoscopy with radical surgery for esophageal carcino-ma. Methods：Selected 50 patients taken esophageal chest laparoscopic surgery from December 2014 to December 2015,randomly divided them into control group and experimental group,gave the control group comfortable nursing and gave the experimental group comfortable nursing with continuous vein pum-ping of Dexmedetomidine. Results：Comfort and satisfaction of patients in the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group,hospital stays of the experimental group were shorter than the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Postoperative visual analogue scale of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Dexmedetomidine can improve patient comfort after thoracoscopy and laparoscopy with radical surger-y for esophageal carcinoma,increase care service satisfaction,relieve postoperative pain degree,reduce ICU syndrome incidence,effectively shorten ICU hospital stays and propel patients to recover soon.
