摘要
目的:探讨情境领导工作模式对护士工作满意度的影响。方法:在情境领导工作模式理论指导下,护士长根据护士成熟程度的高低,分别组合并形成4种具体的领导方式,对护士进行管理。结果:使用情境领导模式后临床护理人员工作满意度高于改变模式前(P<0.05)。结论:实施情境领导管理,可以提高护士工作积极性,提升护士工作满意度,促进护理专科发展,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effects of situational leadership working mode on nurses’job satisfaction. Method:Under the guidance of situational leadership working mode theory,head nurse respectively combined and formed 4 specific leadership styles and conducted management on nurses according to their maturity degree. Result:After used the situational leadership mode,the job satisfaction of clinical nurses was higher than the job satisfaction before (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion:Implementing situational leadership management can improve nurses’working enthusiasm,enhance nurses’job satisfaction,pro-pel the development of nursing specialty,for which it is worth promotion.
