根本原因分析法在基层医院护理不良事件管理中的应用

The application of root cause analysis of nursing adverse event management in primary hospitals

目的:探讨基层医院护理不良事件管理的效果。方法:采用回顾性调查分析方法,对护理不良事件管理进行综合干预,比较2015年度与2014年度护理不良事件主动上报率、分布及严重差错发生率、引起的经济赔偿和护理投诉等。结果:采取综合干预措施后,2015年护理不良事件主动上报数明显增加,护理不良事件分布严重差错发生率下降,由护理不良事件引起的护理投诉减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强护理不良事件管理可明显增加护理人员主动上报不良事件数,降低护理风险,提高护理质量,从而维护和保证患者安全。

Objective：To explore the effects of nursing adverse event management in primary hospitals. Methods：Adopted method of retrospective investiga-ting and analyzing to conduct comprehensive intervention on nursing adverse events,compared positive report rate,distributing of nursing adverse events,se-rious mistake incidence rate,aroused economic compensation and nursing complaint during 2015 and 2014. Results：After taken measures of comprehensive intervening measures,positive report quantity of nursing adverse event significantly increased,incidence rate of nursing adverse event distribution serious mistakes lowered,and nursing complaints caused by nursing adverse event reduced,the differences were of statistical significance（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Strengthening nursing adverse event management can obviously increase the adverse event quantity positively reported by nursing staff,reduce nursing risk, improve nursing quality to maintain and guarantee the safety of patients.
