浮针疗法联合康复训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的临床应用

Clinical application of the combination of float spindle therapy and rehabilitation training on stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的：探讨浮针疗法联合传统康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者抢救后恢复情况的影响。方法：选取2012年4月~2015年4月我院住院部治疗的120例脑卒中偏瘫患者，随机等分成对照组和试验组，对照组采取常规康复训练措施；试验组采取浮针疗法，对患者的神经缺损以及运动功能进行比较。结果：康复治疗后观察组治疗效果显著高于对照组，观察组患者的脑卒中偏瘫患者的 Fugl - Meyer 评分以及 Barthelz 指数明显的高于对照组，上述比较差异均具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：利用浮针疗法联合康复训练在治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者在治疗效果上有利于改善神经功能缺损以及运动功能方面有显著的优势。

Objective：To explore the influence on recovery condition of stroke patients with hemiplegia after rescue with the combination of float spindle ther-apy and traditional rehabilitation training. Methods：Selected 120 stroke patients with hemiplegia treated in inpatient department of our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015,randomly divided them into control group and experimental group,gave routine recovery training measures to the control group,gave float spindle therapy to the experimental group,and compared patientsˊnerve defect and motor function. Results：After the recovery training,the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the Fugl - Meyer score and Barthelz index of stoke patients in the ob-servation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences above were all of statistical significance（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclu-sion：Using float spindle therapy with recovery training to treat stroke patients with hemiplegia has outstanding advantages in therapeutic effect,as it is bene-ficial for the improvement of neurologic impairment and motor function.
