摘要
在铜管的加工过程中,内螺纹铜管表面时常会产生一些特有的线性缺陷,该类缺陷造成扩口胀管时开裂,不仅严重影响着铜管产品的质量,更是企业发展道路上的一大负担,解决该问题显得极为迫切而又任重道远。基于此,探讨线性缺陷的产生原因,并提出有效的消除方法。
In the copper pipe machining process, thread copper tube surface often have some special linear de-fects. The defects caused by expanding tube cracking, seriously affects the brass products quality, it is a bur-den on the enterprise development on the road, solving the problem is extremely urgent and arduous task.Based on this, this paper explored the causes of linear defects, and put forward effective ways to eliminate.
