供水工程中净水工艺和高扬程泵站设计及运行改进措施

摘要 以甘肃省庆阳市某县城净水处理工艺和高扬程泵站设计及对运行过程出现问题的改进措施为例,从净水工艺中对冬季低温低浊、汛期高泥沙含量、自冲洗无阀滤池的工艺改进,300m高扬程泵站水锤防护及设计难点,水厂运行中出现问题的改进措施入手,分析典型工程案例中设计重难点及经验,为类似的工程提供借鉴。 Taking a county town of qingyang city, gansu province water purification treatment technologyand high-lift pump station design and the improvement measures as an example, from the operation pro-cess problems from water purification process on the winter low temperature and low turbidity and high sed-iment concentration, since the flush valve filter process improvement and 300 m high lift pumping waterhammer protection and the design difficulty, the improvement measures of problems in the operation of theplant, the typical case difficult point in the design and engineering experience was analyzed, to provide ref-erence for similar projects.
