摘要
结合我国光伏电池的应用每年都以较高的速度增长的情况,引入创新方法对光伏电池焊点断裂原因进行分析,发现是因温度变化引起内部组件变形量不一致所致。因此,定义了技术矛盾,利用TRIZ理论中的矛盾矩阵进行求解,提出光伏电池压紧机构的解决方案,通过数据计算及利用软件变形量分析,该方案切实可行。
Combined with the application of photovoltaic cells in our country every year to a higher rate ofgrowth, the reasons for the fracture of the solder joints of photovoltaic cells were analyzed by introducing in-novative methods, it was found that the deformation of the internal components caused by temperaturechange was not consistent. Therefore, the technical contradiction was defined, and the contradiction matrix ofTRIZ theory was used to solve the problem, the solution to pressing mechanism of photovoltaic cells was pro-posed. The program was feasible through the data calculation and deformation analysis by using the software.
