摘要
药物的质量直接关系着药品的有效性和安全性,手性药物的质量检测成了药物质量控制的最有效的方法。其中,色谱技术是药品分离、分析检测的有效手段,比较常用的是高效液相色谱技术和毛细管电泳技术。基于此,介绍两种色谱技术的应用,在一维液相色谱技术的基础上阐述二维液相色谱技术及其两种模式。
The quality of the drug directly related to the effectiveness and safety of drugs, the quality ofchiral drug testing has become the most effective method of drug quality control. Chromatography is an ef-fective method for the separation and analysis of drugs. It is commonly used in high performance liquidchromatography and capillary electrophoresis. Based on this, this paper introduced the application of twokinds of chromatographic techniques, and described the technology of two-dimensional liquid chromatogra-phy based on one dimensional liquid chromatography.
