摘要 在冷暖空气的共同影响下,三河市全市于2011年7月24日17:30—25日12:00普降暴雨及大暴雨。此次降雨突发性强,覆盖面广,降雨量呈西北部向东南部递减,暴雨中心在高楼镇,暴雨量为197.9mm。全市平均降雨量为121.0mm,降雨总量为7 780.3×104m3。此次强风暴雨过程,给交通、人们出行、电力供应、工作生活等带来了很多不利的影响,并使得部分农田、蔬菜大棚被水淹没,大风损毁蔬菜大棚,玉米蔬菜等农作物倒伏受损严重,农户房屋进水并造成倒塌,特别是三河市燕郊开发区受到严重灾害。但同时也极大地缓解了旱情,补充了地下水资源,净化了环境,增加了沟渠、池塘、水库的蓄水量。 In the combined effect of cold air, there was rainstorm and heavy rainstorm in Sanhe city at 17:30 on July 24 th to 12:00 on 25 th. The rainfall sudden strong, wide coverage, rainfall in the northwest tothe southeast of decreasing, storm center in the town of high, heavy rain for 197.9mm. The city's averagerainfall was 121.0mm, the total amount of rainfall was 7 780.3×104m3. The strong wind and heavy rain pro-cess brought many adverse effects to traffic, people travel, power supplies, work and life, made some farm-land, and vegetable greenhouses were flooded, gale damaged greenhouse vegetables, corn and vegetablesand other crops lodging damaged seriously, farmers housing water and caused the collapse, especially theSanhe Yanjiao Development Zone have been serious disasters. But at the same time, it greatly eased thedrought, replenishes groundwater resources, purify the environment, increased the amount of water ditches,ponds and reservoirs.
