摘要
根据公路建设项目成本管理理论,分析了公路施工企业在成本控制中存在的问题,并从强化成本管控意识、明确控制要点、加强全过程系统控制等方面,提出了相应的解决策略,从而提高公路施工企业的成本管理水平。
According to the cost management theory of highway construction project,this paper analyzed the existing problems of highway construction enterprise in cost control,from strengthening the cost management and control awareness,clearing control points,strengthening whole process control system,put forward corresponding solutions,so as to improve the cost management level of highway construction enterprises.
