摘要
基于先进氮化硅陶瓷材料的特点,对全陶瓷轴承内圈与钢轴配合的影响因素以及过盈配合动、静态极限值进行了分析和实例试验,证明了给出的全陶瓷轴承与钢轴配合的分析方法可行,对高科技陶瓷轴承的推广应用具有重要的理论和现实意义。
Based on the characteristics of advanced silicon nitride ceramic materials, the fit factors of ceramicbearing and steel shaft, and their dynamic and static interference limit are analyzed and experiment. Theresults show that the proposed method to analyze the fit of ceramic bearing and steel shaft is feasible, it isgreat of theoretical and realistic significance to popularization and application the high-tech ceramic bearing.
