摘要
通过对指定招收农民工子女的公办学校实地调查后发现,公办教师控制、娱乐为特征的教学行为增加了农民工子女教育失败的可能性,使其更容易在教育竞争中提前淘汰出局。教师的教学行为与其基于具体情境对学校教育的自我体验密不可分;同时,行为与体验间的矛盾性也说明了教师具有成为阶层流动变革力量的潜能,而关注并改变教师与特定情境间的碰撞则成为潜能挖掘的关键。
Through the field work in a public school for migrant children, the author finds that control and recreation for the characteristics of theteaching behavior increased the likelihood of academic failure of migrant children that made it easier for children to eliminate from the education competitionin advance. Teachers5 self-experience of school education was important to the teaching behavior. The contradiction showed by experience and behaviorillustrates that teachers had the potential of reformer, and emphasizes that need to focus and change on the collision between actors with specific socialsituation for digging the potential.
