摘要
目前,中小学教师的伦理责任过分魔化以及教育责任范畴过度延伸,致使其承担无限责任,教育工作不堪重负。中小学教师承担无限责任,不仅缺乏伦理基础,而且缺少法理依据。为此,一方面需要从理念上积极促进教师由"信念伦理"向"责任伦理"转移;另一方面,需要从制度层面明确界定相关各方法律责任,构建责任共担体,从而实现中小学教师责任的应然回归。
At present, the ethic responsibility of primary and secondary school teachers is unduly demonized and their education responsibilitycategory is extended excessively, leading to unlimited responsibility and heavy job. That primary and secondary teachers bear unlimited liability is not onlylack of self-consistency, but also lack of legal basis. Therefore, on the one hand, we need to promote teachers to transfer “ethic of conviction” to “ethicof responsibilityJ,; on the other hand, we need to clearly define the related legal responsibility of each side from institutional level and establish communityof responsibility so that teachers responsibility can return.
