摘要
目的探讨激励式心理干预在唇裂Ⅱ期修复术中的应用效果。方法将2013-01—2016-01间收治的70例唇裂Ⅱ期修复术患儿随机分为2组,各35例。对照组患儿给予常规心理干预,观察组患儿采取激励式心理干预。记录相关临床资料并作回顾性分析。结果观察组患儿配合治疗的程度明显优于对照组,术中、术后第3天的心率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激励式心理干预能够有效消除唇裂Ⅱ期修复术患儿的不良心理情绪,使其积极配合手术及治疗,从而避免因不良情绪或剧烈哭闹而影响手术效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of stimulative psychological intervention in phase II of harelip repair,summarize the clinical experience in order to improve treatment effect. Methods Our department between Jan. 2013- Jan. 2016 70 cases of children with harelip phase II prosthesis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and 35 cases of children with the control group were given conventional psychological intervention,the observation group children take stimulative psychological intervention,records and related clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The observation group treatment was better than control group,the degree of intraoperative and postoperative 3d heart rates significantly lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Stimulative psychological intervention can effectively eliminate the second phase of harelip repair in patients with poor psychological mood,actively cooperate with the operation and treatment,reduce due to the bad mood or intense crying and influence surgery effect,is worthy of popularization and application.
