小切口心脏微创手术与传统切口开胸心脏手术效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察比较小切口心脏微创手术与传统切口开胸心脏手术的效果。方法随机将80例心脏病患者分为2组,各40例。对照组实施传统手术切口开胸。观察组实施小切口心脏微创手术。观察比较2组的治疗效果。结果观察组术中输血量、术后抗生素使用时间、术后并发症及住院时间均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统开胸手术切口相比,小切口心脏微创手术术后并发症发生率低,患者康复快,效果显著。
