摘要
综述了硼对植物细胞膜功能的影响机理 ,指出硼同根细胞膜对硼的吸收密切相关。敏感基因型作物对硼的大量积累和耐硼毒基因型作物对硼的少量积累 ,都与细胞膜的透性不同有关 ,并且还与细胞膜和细胞壁的组成相关。硼酸进入根皮细胞可能有两种不同的方式 ,通过细胞质膜磷脂双分子层的扩散和通过通道蛋白。硼高效品种和低效品种在硼的吸收、运输和再利用方面的差异是细胞膜的组成、细胞膜对硼的透性、膜通道蛋白及其转运效率差异的反映。
This paper reviews the mechanisms of the effects of boron on the function of plant membrane and concluds that the boron efficiency is determined by the adsorption of boron by the plant root cell membrane. The accumulation of boron in sensitive cultivars is more than that in the tolerance cultivars, which depends on the permeability of boric acid across the plant membrane, and also relates to the composition of plant cell wall. Maybe boron enters plant cells in part by passive diffusion through the lipid bilayer of the plasma membrane and in part through proteinaceous channels. The difference of boron efficiency on the absorption, the translocation and the recycle is a mirror that reflects the difference in lipid composition, permeability of boric acid across the plant membrane and channel protein.
