玻璃酸钠联合解毒消瘀膏治疗膝骨关节炎

Sodium hyaluronate combined with Jiedu Xiaoyu ointment in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的观察玻璃酸钠注射液联合解毒消瘀膏治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法 50例膝骨关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各25例。对照组仅给予玻璃酸钠治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上局部外敷解毒消瘀膏治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、骨关节炎指数可视化量表(WOMAC)总分及不良反应发生情况。结果经治疗,治疗组总有效率100.0%优于对照组88.0%(P<0.05);治疗后两组VAS评分[(2.18±1.25)分VS(3.56±1.36)分]及WOMAC总分[(22.58±11.07)分VS(32.76±10.73)分]均较治疗前VAS评分[(6.45±0.86)分VS(6.51±1.02)分]及WOMAC总分[(65.78±10.43)分VS(66.54±9.85)分]明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗组降低程度高于对照组(P<0.01);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论玻璃酸钠注射液联合解毒消瘀膏治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效良好。

Objective To observe clinical effect by sodium hyaluronate injection combined with Jiedu Xiaoyu ointment in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 50 knee osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received sodium hyaluronate alone for treatment, and the treatment group received additional local application of Jiedu Xiaoyu ointment. Clinical effects, visual analogue scale（VAS） scores, Western Ontario and Mc Master Universities（WOMAC） osteoarthritis index total scores and adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Results After treatment, the treatment group had better total effective rate as 100.0% than 88.0% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Both groups had much lower VAS scores[（2.18±1.25） points VS（3.56±1.36） points] and WOMAC total scores[（22.58±11.07） points VS（32.76±10.73） points] after treatment than VAS scores[（6.45±0.86） points VS（6.51±1.02） points] and WOMAC total scores[（65.78±10.43） points VS（66.54±9.85） points] before treatment（P〈0.01）, and the treatment group had higher decreasing degree than the control group（P〈0.01）. Therewas no statistically significant difference of incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of sodium hyaluronate injection and Jiedu Xiaoyu ointment provides precisely clinical effect in treating knee osteoarthritis.
